Refund policy
Returns/Exchanges:
You may return or exchange products purchased from rainbowsurfjewelry.com for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivered date.
You can initiate the return process by emailing support@rainbowsurfjewelry.com. Please include the product name, date of purchase, and the reason for the return/exchange request.
We will not be held accountable for lost packages or any issues that occur during the return shipping process. We will only issue a refund if/when the returned product is received.
Customized or personalized items are non-returnable. Clearance items are non-returnable. Refund and credit amounts will be given for the amount paid for the item after promotional discounts were applied. Your proof of purchase will have a detailed list of each item and the price you actually paid for it.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will start your refund process. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method, usually being credited within 5 - 10 business days, depending on your bank. If you have not received a refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@rainbowsurfjewelry.com.
Exchanges: Store credit will be offered within 30 days of the delivered date if you would like to choose a different item from the store. Upon approval of the exchange request, you will be emailed a digital code for your credit amount. This amount will be the actual amount paid for the item after discounts and promotions were applied. The digital code can be entered at checkout for credit toward your new purchase.
If you received an item as a gift, it may be returned upon approval, for store credit only. Gift cards are non-refundable.
Bundles & Sets Returns/Exchanges:
If a bundle/set is returned together, a full refund or store credit for the amount paid for the bundle will be given.
If items in a bundle are returned separately, you will be refunded or given store credit for the individual item's regular price minus the discount % that is assigned to that bundle.
Returns/Exchanges for items purchased with the BOGO 50% off promo:
If all items purchased with the BOGO 50% off promo are being returned together, a full refund or store credit will be issued for the amount you paid for the order only. You will not be credited the full price of an item if you did not pay full price for it.
If items purchased with the BOGO 50% off promo are being returned separately, the refund amount is based on the adjusted price you paid for each item, not the regular retail price of each item. Your proof of purchase will have a detailed list of each item and the price you actually paid for it.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
